ABOUT WTS
Wheeling Towards Success (WTS) is a South African skills development and inclusion-focused organisation committed to creating meaningful opportunities for persons with disabilities and youth.
WTS is an accredited training provider with both the QCTO and Services SETA, supporting organisations through compliant, practical and impact-driven skills development solutions.
As a disability-led enterprise, WTS understands the importance of accessible training, practical workplace experience, mentorship and long-term economic participation. Our work is centred on helping learners build confidence, develop practical skills and access pathways into employment, entrepreneurship and sustainable careers.
WTS provides a range of services that support training providers, employers, development organisations and learners. These include accredited and non-accredited skills development, enterprise and supplier development, recruitment and learnership placement services, learner hosting, workplace experience and career readiness support.
We work closely with organisations that experience challenges in sourcing work-ready, compliant and motivated candidates, particularly persons with disabilities. Through our recruitment and placement services, WTS helps training providers and employers identify, screen and place suitable learners in line with Employment Equity and B-BBEE Skills Development requirements.
Our role extends beyond learner placement. WTS manages the full learner support journey, including candidate sourcing, pre-screening, document compliance, interview coordination, onboarding, mentorship, progress monitoring and ongoing communication throughout the programme.
WTS is more than a learner hosting organisation. We provide workplace experience, practical exposure, coaching, entrepreneurship development and career guidance to help learners prepare for the world of work and future business opportunities.
While employment cannot be guaranteed, our goal is to equip every learner with meaningful experience, confidence, mentorship and access to opportunities that improve their chances of economic participation.
Through inclusive skills development, accredited training, recruitment, learner hosting and enterprise support, WTS bridges the gap between training providers, employers and learners, helping to create programmes that are practical, impactful and sustainable.
Our Purpose
To create inclusive pathways that connect persons with disabilities and youth to skills development, workplace exposure, mentorship, entrepreneurship and economic opportunity.
Our Commitment
WTS is committed to building a more inclusive future where disability is not a barrier to learning, work, entrepreneurship or meaningful participation in the economy.
