LEARNER HOSTING & WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE

WTS is more than a learner hosting organisation. As a disability-led enterprise, we provide workplace experience, mentorship, entrepreneurship development and career support that empowers persons with disabilities to become confident employees, entrepreneurs and future leaders.

Our learner hosting services are designed to give learners meaningful exposure to a structured working environment. This helps learners understand workplace expectations, develop practical experience, improve confidence and build the soft skills required for long-term economic participation.

WTS provides structured support throughout the hosting journey, including workplace readiness, learner mentorship, coaching, progress monitoring, disability-inclusive learner support, career guidance and employment preparation. This ensures that learners are not simply placed, but actively supported throughout their development journey.

We work with training providers, employers and development organisations to create opportunities that promote skills development, employability and inclusion. Our role is to help learners gain practical workplace exposure, build confidence and prepare for future career or entrepreneurship opportunities.
