WTS provides specialised recruitment and learnership placement services for training providers, employers and organisations implementing learnerships, skills programmes and internships.

Our recruitment process is designed to support Employment Equity and B-BBEE Skills Development objectives while ensuring that candidates are properly matched to programme requirements.

WTS manages the full candidate sourcing pipeline, from attracting candidates and developing talent pools to pre-screening, shortlisting, document checks, interview coordination, learner matching and onboarding support. This helps training providers and employers save time, reduce administrative pressure and improve the quality of learner placement.
