Wheeling Towards Success (WTS) is a South African skills development and inclusion-focused organisation committed to creating meaningful opportunities for persons with disabilities and youth.

As a QCTO and Services SETA accredited training provider, WTS supports training providers, employers and learners through accredited and non-accredited skills development, recruitment, learnership placement, learner hosting, workplace experience and enterprise development services.

We help organisations source, screen and place suitable candidates, while creating practical pathways into workplace exposure, mentorship, entrepreneurship and long-term economic participation.
